Ticket Policy
• We don't exchange tickets for any reason: lost, burn, tear, etc... Please take care of it.
• Any cancellation for personal reasons after payment of fee cannot be accepted.
Neither will the ticket be refunded in the case that the artist has been changed or cancelled, or in the case of a change of stage or performance hours.
If the organizer decides to cancel the festival due to the spread of Covid-19, you will receive a refund.
• It is prohibited to resell tickets to a third party. FUSAFES FULL PASS or PARTY FULL PASS may be used only by the individual in whose name it has been issued.
• TIEMPO assume no responsibility for any problems of ticket purchased outside of TIEMPO.

Workshops Application
Registration has been started from September 23, 2022.
1. FUSAFES FULL PASS or WORKSHOP PASS purchaser is requested to show his/her ID with photo at each WS.
2. The registered lessons are only for the applicants. They are not subject to transfer.
If you violate the rule, you will lose the right to participate in the workshop lessons.
3. Once the registration is finished, selected lessons are basically non-changeable. In the unavoidable case, please contact us by email at eventos@tiempo.jp.
4. The following cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation after registering for the workshop.

[to October 25th, 2022] 3,000 yen of handling charge
[October 26th to November 15th, 2022] 3,000 yen of handling charge + 10% of the total amount of registered classes or WORKSHOP PASS fee.
[After November 16th, 2022] 100% of the total amount of registered classes or WORKSHOP PASS fee.
