Growing more exciting with each edition, the festival is about to celebrate its 7th year!
In recent years, the community of dance lovers has expanded greatly both in Japan and abroad. On the dance floor, "Bachata" has embraced a passionate following alongside Salsa. To truly reflect this incredible real-time energy of our dance floors and welcome you all in the best way possible, the festival is stepping into a new era with a brand-new name: “FUSABAFES” (Fukuoka Salsa-Bachata Festival)!
While keeping our finest essence exactly as it is, we are multiplying the scale and quality of the entire event. For the nightly socials, we will feature two 100% independent dance floors! Salseros, your dedicated space and top Salsa vibes are secured. Bachateros, get ready for a dedicated floor of the highest quality. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming festival where long-time fans and newcomers alike can share the joy of dance together!

NPO TIEMPO has been a pioneer of Latin dance culture in Fukuoka for 29 years. With the belief that music and dance know no borders, no matter the style or origin, this festival brings together lovers of rhythm from across Japan and abroad to connect on the dance floor.
Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been dancing for years, everyone will be swept away by the energy of the floor. Three days of rhythm and international vibes come together for a weekend you won’t forget. Get ready to dance, celebrate, and feel the heat of the ultimate FUSABAFES!

TIEMPO HALL is our home, were we will hold all of the programs.
It has a great and cheap restaurant on the 5th floor and a fantastic terrace that also will held some of the activities.
