For students taking regular lessons

Please consider the following important points:

- Instead of restarting allregular lessons, members are able to take their classes online for their levels and also classes for all dancing areas. Additionally, they are able to take their lessons at Tiempo. For members who want to take the regular lessons at Tiempo, you will be asked to inform us the day and time of your choice and participate in the same class every week. Make- up lessons are also available for your absences.

- The members that are still unable to attend online and regular lessons will be considered absent from the lessons but will be able to take make-up classes later on. If the members wantto take a leave of absence, he/she needs todo the necessary procedures.

- Students participating in online lessons cannot take the 4 make-up classes for their absence in the regular lessons this month. However, students attending their regular lessons at Tiempo will be able to take make-up lessons for their absences.

- For absences during the block of March and the first week of the block of April, students can take make-up lessons as regular lessons starting the following restarting month.

How to access the online lessons:

First download and install Zoom in your computer, tablet or smartphone. After the installation is completed you can participate in a lesson through Zoom.

1. We will send the meetings links and IDs of every available lesson to all the members the day before.

2. Members who want to participate in online lessons the same day, will have to send a mail to clases@tiempo.jp an hour before the online lesson starts.
** The instructor will keep track of who is participating, so be sure to contact us for attendance.

3. When it is time for the lesson, enter the link we have provided you by e-mail and press “Join Meeting” button to access the lesson. We ask you to access 10 minutes before the lesson starts.

4. You will have to wait until you receive the approval to join before you can see the instructor’s screen.

5. In the case where you have to leave the meeting and want to re-enter, you can access through the link or by entering the Meeting ID’s 9 digits.
