Use of the dance studios

• Please let us know the purpose of use and desired time of use.

Notes

• The dance studio can be rented from one hour to two hours.
• Payment in full is due prior to the start of your rental period.
• In case of cancellation of the day, the rental fee will not be refunded.
• Studio 3 is equipped with soundproofing and the floor prepared for the practice of flamenco. In order to maintain our dance floors, Flamenco Dance is allowed in Studio 3 only.
  If you want to use it for other dance practice, you can rent it at the rate of Studio 2, so please let us know when you apply.
• Our dance instructors do not enter the studio during their rental period.
• Rental clients are expected to leave all studios, common areas and restrooms in the condition in which they found them at the start of their rental.  All lights, heater(s), air conditioner and electrical equipment must be turned off.
• Rental clients will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the studio’s facility or equipment.
  Rental clients agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement of any item or structure damaged by Rental clients and Rental clients’s associated guests.
• Please use the heel protectors if you use the heel shoes as for ballroom dance in the studio.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the studios. Use of fire is strictly prohibited.
• Rental clients will assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries during their rental period.
• In case of any breach of this conditions, NPO TIEMPO may terminate immediately the use of studio. In that case, the rental fee will not be refunded.
